Classes, Workshops, and Kits
For our direct-to-consumer services, including online classes, offline workshops, and STEAM kits, we offer the following refund and return policies:
a. Online and Offline Classes

Refund Requests: You may request a refund for any class or workshop up to 7 days before the start date. After this period, we will be unable to process a refund.

Missed Classes: Refunds are not provided for missed classes or workshops. However, in certain cases, we may offer rescheduling options based on availability.

Class Cancellations by Rancho Labs: If a class or workshop is canceled by Rancho Labs, you will receive a full refund or the option to enroll in another class of equal value.
b. STEAM Kits

Returns for Kits: You may return any STEAM kit within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the kit is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rancholabs.com.

Refund Process for Kits: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return criteria. Once approved, a refund will be processed, excluding any shipping costs. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain kits or products may be marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, typically for custom or perishable items.
Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

Digital Products: All digital products, including downloadable materials and content available via our LMS, are non-refundable once accessed.

Custom or Personalized Items: Custom-made STEAM kits or personalized educational materials are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Exceptions
